New Compass Eko Trust strategy launched

Our school is part of Compass Eko Trust. The Trust has launched All Achieving, Without Exception: The Compass Eko Trust Strategy 2026-2031, setting out the shared priorities for its schools over the next five years.
The strategy has been shaped through conversations with children and young people; parents and carers; staff; school leaders; governors and trustees.
It is centred around three priorities – Belonging, Equity and Thriving – with an ambition to build great schools where every child and young person flourishes, every colleague thrives and everyone belongs.
Feedback from school communities has directly influenced the final strategy, including commitments to strengthen ongoing parent and community voice, be clearer about what kindness means in practice and continue improving support for children and young people with SEND.
